“Marrying the Wannabe Nun” is a body of work that will make the reader think and ask themselves the question “What would you do if your rival was God?” The author, Nicholaa Spencer explores this question with compassion while also telling a powerful story that tugs on the reader’s heart strings and draws them in completely. I felt for the main characters, especially Alynna, who is forced to question everything that she’s ever known and make some tough choices concerning her life. Every person has been in that type of situation where they’ve had to make their own difficult decisions, which makes Spencer’s work that much more relatable. With a great story and characters with deep depths, it is impossible not to love this story. I can’t wait until Nicholaa’s next book!

I really enjoyed this story and Spencer's writing style. I haven't read a story like that in a while. It made my little heart melt!

Alynna was set up to marry someone by her family to save her uncle. Fortunately, we meet Cullen who is her knight in shining armor. Both characters are enticing and they keep you engaged in the story. I won't spoil the story but this is a must read.

Although it was a great romance read, I wish there was more!

If you're looking for another romance book to add to your list then you should definitely add this one, you won't regret it.
