Karlene K. Stewart spent her early life in Jamaica. She attended the University of the West Indies, in Kingston, Jamaica and attained a Master of Arts Degree in Communication for Social and Behavior Change. She now lives in the Cayman Islands.

Karlene has been a writer since she was a teenager, when she worked as a Youth Writer in Jamaica. Her many books include philosophical and inspirational titles, but her latest offering is for young children, with the exciting Meet the Imaginative Joe Dreamer, which is aimed at helping young children to learn how to problem solve and build up their confidence.

In her spare time, Karlene likes to spend time with friends and family and hopes to continue to write for many years to come, inspiring children and adults alike.
