A friend recommended this book and I'm so happy she did. It's not something I would normally read but I fully trust her taste in books. That being said, she was spot on! It's funny, informative, serious and at times sad. I appreciate how much research must have been done by the author on so many different topics. I definitely learned a lot and even highlighted and bookmarked a few places. Some women may think this book should only be read by men, but they couldn't be more wrong. If you can read this with an open mind, I'm sure you'll enjoy it as much as I did and gain some very useful knowledge. I have a 22 year old son, and I'll be getting him a copy to read. I hope he heeds the advice given, because I believe he'll be a better man because of it. Excellent job Mr. Barker, thank you!
