Normalish 2 Forged by Lighting is a book that was significantly appreciated. I enjoyed this book, particularly concerning the book’s plot, theme, and main character Andy who was struck by lightning twice (on the same day) and goes to an official visit of professionals in the spiritual and supernatural realm to receive remedies for his closure. Great concept and theory for a story that rendered this read a page flipper for, me.
After being struck by mother nature, Andy could see and interact with the spirits of the dead and other invisible entities, which he never knew existed. Andy said he was 'normalish' since what he saw was not normal. So, what was he left to do? I am not particularly fond of the title, but it does go with the story. You need to read the story in its entirety. Notwithstanding, what title could Robert G. inscribe it to be?
What is valuable and trusting about this book is the sheer fact that individual people have been struck by lightning on more than one occasion and have lived to share their experiences and circumstances. Many people even allege to obtain and yield omnipotent or supernatural powers after being practically killed by lighting. So, this statistic does lead to a promising and exciting storyline indeed. Numerous people including myself are generally captivated by this phenomenon. This makes this story believable and immediately interesting.
I have never read any material or literature penned by writer Robert Gaspari; however, I wish I had. And if Robert G, is planning on writing another one of these books I recently read, you can count me in.
“All in all, I was intrigued by this book. I deeply endorse this book and highly suggest you supplement this one to your literary library."
Growing up, I think we all think about the probability of being struck by lightning at least once in our lives. So, I was instantly intrigued by this unlucky protagonist who was not only struck once, but twice! As a fan of the supernatural, I also enjoyed the twist that Andy’s misfortune also gave him a unique gift, allowing him to be reborn in a sense.
My only critique would be the title, but the contents of the book compensate for that, and it’s an easy fix.
