It’s based on my experience but also on the experience of people around me. I wrote it after overcoming depression. After I managed to fully heal myself, recover and regain belief in my abilities, I felt the need to share my thoughts with people. I sincerely hope that now I can offer this book as a helpful tool to those that need hope, looking to find faith and willingness to fight again.
