For those of you who can remember the commercial for Bounty Towels back in the 80's The best way to describe this book is by using the old "Bounty Towel" phrase, "The Quicker Picker Upper". A fast, quick, pick me up motivational book. If you're looking for a little boost of inspiration then this book is definitely worth reading. The author uses examples based on his own life experiences/struggles and introduces ways of overcoming certain challenges. It's an easy read and a handy workbook with inserted pages for taking notes. I definitely recommend it!
