The North, the most advanced region of Rendal, was at peace while its citizens enjoyed the latest inventions in fully automated cities. Decades later, Dr. Klov and his assistants made a startling discovery. The North’s only energy source, Vocam, was being depleted at an alarming rate. Dr. Klov gathered several of his colleagues and their teams together and created the Klovis Group. After failing to find a solution they went into Kepca and began their research. A few years later the North attacked the region starting the Energy War. The Klovis Group fled south to Sorsani with several of the local families. During their time in Sorsani, the Klovis Group had to learn how to work on a farm and all of the local customs. Some found their new lives appealing. Others desperately wanted to escape and later headed north. The journey was grueling but the group continued to search. At the end they still hadn’t found a home instead they were in an abandoned sector with little food and water. Exhausted and hopeless Sarasin, Revyn and three others traveled to the Cornucopia to work. There Sarasin had a moment of inspiration that helped everyone to survive.
