Rusty and Slasher are back and better than before.
This is a relaxed, laugh-out-loud read with a cast of characters that are full of colour. This book develops on from the first Rusty and Slasher book in the series (although you don't have to had read the first book to enjoy this one). The Nail's family are blessed with Pa's return from the "institute of higher learning" (jail). Pa is as bumbling as his sons and is proof the acorn doesn't fall far from the tree. The arrival of the one-and-only NZ circus changes everyone's life. Fun reading for the holidays.
