A rollicking ride through the streets and environs of Sao Paulo. The atmosphere and imagery are palpable as Will Bryant and pals use whatever it takes to tackle some wonderfully detestable slimeballs. It gets down and dirty but still breathes plenty of Canadian heart and determination as Will battles not only Oscar Stumpf's oligarchy, but also his own demons. There's plenty of chuckles thrown in too, so treat yourself to a really fun and lively read.
Coming out just in time for the summer Olympics, this book plunges you into a Brazilian universe unknown to many... The author knows how to make us experience the sights, tastes (seems Will Bryant likes to eat) and smells of Brazil without using long and tedious descriptive narratives... This is a fast-paced book with plenty of twists! Looking forward to read more of Will Bryant's adventures in the future... Hint for Kindle users: you may need the search function to input a character's name to refresh your memory a little... Truly a great read!
