Amazing...heartwarming and adorable

AMAZING! I was given this in exchange for a honest review. This is my first book by Ann Everett and it was fantastic!

This book follows Jace and Maggie and their journey to find happiness and love. Jace is the gorgeous manwhore football star. He has woman eating out of his hand and dropping their panties when he smiles at them. He knows how to get any woman until he meets Maggie. She is not like any of the other girls, she doesn't fawn all over him. He wants nothing but to be a better person when he's around her. She is so different, she's a mystery.
Maggie is shy, smart and still a virgin. When she is enlisted to be Jaces's tutor, that is the last thing she wants. She is repulsed by him, but yet her mind can't shut him out. Will she become another notch or will she resist his charm.

Maggie and Jace form a friendship and tell each other their secrets. Both are afraid to admit how they feel about each other, but they are consuming each other's thoughts. One is afraid to fall in love and the other fears losing the love. Their relationship is beautiful, sexy and funny. I love the vulnerability that they both have, it was adorable.
I loved how innocent Maggie was, she was inexperienced, but yet a wild one. Jace was a tool at the beginning, but then you see his change and he becomes someone who is worthy of Maggie.

Part two just gutted me. I had so many emotions during these last chapters. Anger, sadness, happiness and joy! I was not expecting that too happen in the book and I was shocked! Love and life don't always have a complete happy ending that you want.

The secondary characters are great additions to the book. I would like to know Jared's story, I liked him a lot. Sam and Sarah were priceless and his parents lovely.

Funny quote in the book that had me rolling was by Sam and his comparing love to farts.
"Dude, it's like a fart. You don't even know you need to do it, but all of a sudden, it crawls up the crack of your ass and then the stink hits you." Freaking hilarious!!!

This book was funny(billboard signs hilarious), heartbreaking, lovely, and a feel good romance. Their beginning was adorable and heartwarming. Their journey to finding each other was realistic and beautifully written. This book doesn't have explicit sex scenes, but does have some steam to it. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and would recommend it to anyone. Nice job, I would read more by Ann.
