TEMPTATION AND TEMPERANCE, a sequel to PRIDE AND PREJUDICE
Walter Oleksy, author
TEMPTATION AND TEMPERANCE, a satiric sequel to Jane Austen's classic romantic novel, PRIDE AND PREJUDICE, in which the main characters in 1812 are exposed to social and sexual morals of 2015 when anything goes. It is especially aimed at those who have some problems with their sexuality, and also those who have resolved them. The story takes up after the engagement of Elizabeth Bennet and Mr. Darcy in 1812 and has them exposed to sermon research by their pastor Mr. Collins that could scandalize them, the other Bennet sisters, their parents, and others. The research involves possible marital infidelity. Yes, it is naughty in some parts, but not dirty, just a humorous, satirical novel that can be read by anyone of any age regardless whether they have read the original. It is intended as food for thought for anyone of any age who is sexually conflicted.
