Keetsie is a teenager who has always believed that there are other worlds, kingdoms, people, and creatures on earth. She believes in the existence of faeries, because of her mother's stories and the books that she read as a child. Given her beliefs, it's not surprising that she would one day be allowed to see the faeries, and it would only be a matter of time before they trusted her enough to stop hiding.
