Examples of destination life's process approach are: the deceleration of life's pace, understanding personal normal/abnormal, brutal honesty, intellect over emotion, language reciprocity, removal of dysfunctional safe-zones, time management, understanding your own personal life flow, functional goal setting, and advanced applications for living in the moment, day-to-day living, creativity, the movement from to concrete faith to abstract faith, and the understand of love as a pure energy source.
The Fix Yourself Handbook takes life off autopilot, and helps the reader understand how to work from the inside, thus minimizing external antagonizes, and helping to establish a rational and executable goal system. The process approach to living minimizes quick fixes, and enhances the ability to set priorities, while it reduces the emotional impact which interferes with the understanding of factual information. In addition, as internal balance is gradually attained, the individual becomes more proficient with regard to clarity of thought, rational expressions of emotion, improved physical health, and deeper spiritual connectivity.
Nothing creates more potential for growth than a balanced internal framework. It sets the stage for growth on every level, and creates an internal energy source that can be applied to each and every situation which one will encounter in life. By incorporating the process way of living into our lives, we will realize an internally balanced power source that not only protects us from both internal and external antagonizes, but opens the door for enhanced and sustained personal growth and fulfillment.
