The Joy in my Journey with Cancer demonstrates a beautifully written spirit filled walk with Christ through a turbulent life crisis. Although the crisis in the author's life happens to be cancer, the book speaks to any crisis one may encounter. For me the book gave me a sense of peace, not only for the author, but for me as well. The book helped me to put my own personal crisis (not health related) into perspective. The author's faith filled walk challenges her audiences to stand on scripture and God's promises. I recommend her book for everyone to read, even those who may not have a crisis; the words of Christ can and will strengthen us through life's journey, (note: well written and exciting reading).
