Desdemona’s Dreams, Volume 2: The Land of Mar is a fully-illustrated book continuing the adventures of Desdemona as she heads to land of lost dreams. After defeating the mad Maestro in To Dream of Dancing, Desdemona heads to the land of Mar, where she must stop an evil pirate and his crew from destroying dreams. She meets up with a jovial faerie named Puck, and goes in search of the King of Mar to learn more about the pirates. Desdemona realizes that nothing in the world of dreams is quite as easy as it seems, and must once again use her courage and wit to face the problems that lie ahead.
