The author is very helpful. There is a wealth of helpful tidbits in this book. From understanding why you were given the parents you were given to learning that only you can make yourself happy not those around you, each page has helpful information as you take steps to a more productive life.

I liked how the book was presented. There would be a highlighted section about the authors' personal life or a verse from Scripture and then an explanation following that. The explanations were usually advice from the author about the point she was trying to make. Overall the advice is what makes this book worth reading. I thought it was very simple and easy to understand with no harsh judgement just thoughtful advice!
