In the Prognostication--Book 2, Part 2 in the Before the End Series—David Berko takes the reader even further into the post-apocalyptic world of 2041. The situation: The table is set in the battle of good versus evil. Scorpion and her associates (Russia, Britain, Germany…) have gone all in with their New World Order plan. Scorpion’s leader, Howard, directs the show from the War Room underneath former Vandenberg Air Force Base on the coast of California. Can they be stopped? What’s left over of America after the Second Great Civil War bands together in the Free Republic of North America (FRN). The FRN’s ally, Israel, also is actively seeking a preemptive solution to disrupt evil’s plans for world unification of the nations. Israel and the FRN’s hope lies solely in the missional success of Agent Seth Markov and his partner Baruch in Berlin. Ex-Mossad agent Tyrone Banks quarterbacks the men’s efforts to stage a fake assassination of Germany’s Interior Minister by masquerading as Spanish terrorists acting as dissidents against the Fourth Reich. The Mossad agents’ reason for taking this approach to the Berlin mission has to do with corruption within Mossad which has a Scorpion origin. Agent Seth Markov and Baruch fake their deaths and desperately try to escape Scorpion’s dragnet surveillance that seeks to expose their deception to the world and doom their plans to thwart the inevitable New World Order. Even if they manage to pull the wool over Scorpion’s eyes and escape Germany, the evil within Mossad must be convinced the Israeli agents actually died in Berlin and therefore the threat is over against Scorpion and her allies. Join Seth Markov, Damion Westover--who desperately seeks an escape from an underground Scorpion penitentiary he’s a prisoner of war in, and Seth’s son Azriel Markov on a twisting, surprising turn of events all leading to the high-octane conclusion to the Before the End Series.
