Ambassador Robin Renee Sanders is the founder of the FEEEDS Advocacy Initiative and owns FE3DS, LLC. Prior to starting FEEEDS & FE3DS, she served as a senior member of the U.S. Diplomatic Corps, which included posting as the U.S. Ambassador to Nigeria, Republic of Congo, and U.S. permanent representative to ECOWAS. Sanders holds a doctor of science degree from Pittsburgh’s Robert Morris University, two Masters degrees from Ohio University, a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hampton University, and has presented at two TED Talks. She has served twice as director for Africa at the National Security Council at the White House; deputy commander of the U.S. military’s Eisenhower National Resource College; and special assistant to two assistant secretaries of state for Africa, as well as having other overseas diplomatic postings in countries like Sudan and Namibia. Dr. Sanders is a noted international lecturer; a visiting scholar under the Woodrow Wilson Program; serves on the U.S. Trade Representative Africa Advisory Committee; is a distinguished member of the prestigious Academy of Diplomacy of former senior U.S. government officials, and is a member of the U.S. National Society of Scholars for her academic and public service work. She is the recipient of the Medal of Honor from the Republic of Congo; the distinguished Civilian Honor Award from the U.S. military’s Joint Chiefs, six Department of State Superior and Meritorious Honor Awards, and has a range of awards for her work as CEO-FEEEDS, especially for her Africa SME advocacy efforts.
