This was such a good book! It's more a novella than a full-length novel but in all, it was so entertaining and fun to read ~ especially because all the conspiracy going on and I love that it's written in dual POV because I do really think we needed both of them. As I said it is written in two POVs // Theodor's and Bridget's, the siblings that haven't seen each other in like more than a decade and really didn't know how to other one look because they're older now. They come from this witch guild and their mother is a really famous witch, if I got that correctly? That got my attention and I really want to see a story with the witches? They seem like a fun group to read about!
Also! The Traitor's Tunnel has LGBT+ rep, more specific, Theodor is panromantic asexual and Bridget is bisexual ~ both of them have same sex relationships. The relationships are so pure and Soft you all!!!!! They are so adorable, both of them, I really ship them. I love that it includes a bit of romance, because I'm a sucker for romance you all know. But the action/fantasy/conspiracy scenes and plot are also really good! The writing was a bit hard for me to pick up but eventually I did and I loved it.
I believe this is a standalone novella in the same universe of this series. I would love to see the siblings again in a book maybe? I don't know if they are in the first book ~ but I know that one is out already! I have to read it eeeep
