I received this lovely book as a prize from Goodreads first reads.
A 'self help' type book for younger children (maybe the 8 - 10 year group) written in rhyme, with colourful and fun artwork throughout. Even though this book is aimed at the younger reader I think it is a fantastic book to share as a family and discuss the importance of how our thoughts shape our lives. This would be a great book to have in the primary school classrooms for kids to read and discuss with their teachers and peers as well.
This kids book Thinkbeing by Hayley Morton is suitable for both boy's and girl'. It is written in a way that kids understand. It is similar to the "When I'm Feeling" books by Trace Moroney, however it is aimed at a higher age group (School aged). My little one loved the pictures. All in all a very cute children's book.
Received this book as part of a Goodreads giveaway.
This is exactly the kind of book I like to read to my children or have them read to me. I won it in a giveaway on another site and I'm not sure if the book is currently available in the U.S. but if it is, I think it is a must-have for parents.
The illustration is odd but interesting and very colorful but more importantly, the text is fun and inspirational. It's currently one of my children's favorites and one of the few that don't annoy me when I read it. I'd say it's a good one for kids of age 2-6.
Hopefully more of this series will be made available near me.
