I am a registered nurse with experience in psychiatric nursing. I have also struggled with anxiety and depression. The author does a great job explaining facts about bipolar disorder in an easily understandable and accurate way. The book discusses common situations that occur having bipolar disorder and concrete solutions to help mange the condition. A lot of the suggestions i find to be helpful for anxiety and depression as well.
