Tilly looses her first tooth on the eve of her seventh birthday. Her mother tells her to put it under her pillow and the tooth fairy will leave her a silver coin for it. So that night Tilly puts the tooth under her pillow before she goes to sleep. She has a restless night and wakens to find the tooth fairy by her bedside. Does this mean there will be no silver coin, or is there a bigger surprise from the tooth fairy?
