Time Scripts is a novel of family, love and war that uses time travel to enhance the story and which provides several exciting deus-ex-machina moments. The setting of the novel is 1941, at the outset of the United States’ entry into WW2. The story centers around one man’s quest to remedy his family’s tragic story of love, pain, and the present-day consequences that this has had on the protagonist himself and on his younger sister. In attempting the impossible, the protagonist causes unexpected events to occur that put his family, his loving girlfriend, and his best friend in severe jeopardy. It is a struggle against the headwinds of war for the protagonist and his loved ones to get back to the relative safety of the present time.
