When Daisy is given the choice to move to a military base as a lab rat or move one of the new compounds designed for those affected by the virus and their families, the choice seems easy. The base should be a safe haven, but when she becomes the sole support and her husband takes a new role as a stay-at-home dad, it puts even more pressure on her family. As they adjust to the new environment and she makes friends with other women like her, new dangers erupt.
