Tony, born in 2120, grows up in a Christian family that believes humans and Earth are God's sole creation in the universe. In his teen years, Tony is influenced by exo-theologians. When he attends university, he has a crisis of faith studying religion, history, linguistics in the context of learning about science. A discovery is made of a planet with sentient life. Tony joins the crew to visit the planet and see if there's evidence of the God of the Bible there. Despite their precautions, their presence repeats the catastrophes of the European colonization of the Americas. Tony becomes the answer to his quest for truth.
