Angie Gallion grew up in East Central Illinois and now resides with her husband and their children outside of Atlanta, Georgia. Angie’s writings often deal with personal growth through tragedy or trauma. She enjoys exploring complex relationships, often set against the backdrop of addiction or mental illness. Her debut novel, Intoxic, received the Bronze Medal from Readers’ Favorite in the General Fiction category. Intoxic was well received by audiences, and reader response inspired Gallion to continue the Alison Hayes Journey, a coming-of-age series, which now include three novels: Intoxic, Purgus, and Icara. A fourth installment in the Alison Hayes Journey is due late 2018. Off the Dark Ledge is Angie’s first foray into the Psychological Thriller genre but is sure not to be her last.
