The oldest son of two military parents, Anton lived a life filled with travel. From Chicago’s southside to rural farmlands; from the U.S. west coast to the east coast; from living in the midwest and southeast, Anton developed a uniquely American and worldwide perspective. He worked as a high school teacher where he developed intellectual student organizations for first and second-generation Middle-eastern and African American students. His realm of influence extended to student-athletes as he coached over 300 athletes inspiring them to college careers. He ran for local political offices, served on advisory boards, and took on the challenges of self-publishing his fiction when challenged to do so by his daughter.
