Born in 1943 to a working class family with middle class aspirations, I began writing stories while at school. A secondary school teacher by profession, this interest continued until I retired in 1996, when I turned my hand to writing a series of novels featuring two special investigators who travel around the countryside solving strange and bizarre murders.
Broometime Serenade sees Martin & Claire journey to Broome after the discovery of several unidentified skeletons. Here they encounter an old enemy, held bent on their demise.
In Intrigue at Sandy Point, while investigating the death of a CIA agent, they meet a man with delusions of grandeur. Before the murder is solved, the case takes on an international flavour, and the agents must race against the clock to avert disaster.
Spirit of Warrnambool finds the agents up against a brutal killer who leads them from one crime scene to the next until they are confused and their own lives are in danger. When Martin is arrested, charged with murder and thrown into prison, he loses the will the live.
