Dr. C. Beth Burch is a professor of Judaic Studies and the former Dean of the Graduate School of Education at Binghamton University, SUNY. She is the author of three composition and grammar books and numerous articles on writing, language, English pedagogy, and Jewish American literature. She has taught grammar, writing, and other courses at Binghamton University, The University of Alabama, and Purdue University, where she earned her Ph.D. She has three sons and lives with her husband and two standard poodles in Binghamton, New York.
