My name is Catie ("Aunt Kiki") Greene, owner of Animal Party Kiki. I believe that stories are healing and offer endless opportunities to deepen our empathy, emotional and cultural awareness, and coping skills. I write therapeutic children's books to help little ones build their socioemotional skills while expanding their big imaginations. I am a licensed professional counselor with a doctorate in counselor education and I have authored several peer reviewed publications in the field of counseling. My research and practice are grounded in Relational Cultural Theory, which is a central theme of Everyone's Included at the Animal Party. When not counseling, teaching, or writing, you can find me on a soccer or kickball field or trail running with my dog Mojo.
