Charlie was born in Nashua, New Hampshire into a military family. He and his siblings lived behind the Iron Curtain during the most dangerous times in US history. He is a retired police officer, owns a construction company and runs a vibrant law practice. He has been married for 44 years, has 2 grown sons, 2 super grandsons and a wonderful daughter in law. He lives in Fauquier Co. Virginia on a small farm. This is his first book.
