Born and raised in Monroe, Michigan.  Chip graduated from Jefferson High School and Monroe County Community College.  He attended Grand Valley State College and Graduated from Eastern Michigan University with his BS & MA in Education.  Recently retired from teaching at Huron High School in New Boston, MI., Chip resides with his wife Judy in Monroe.   They have two daughters and four grandchildren. 

Chip has been a lifelong reader and has completed his first Christian fiction novel "Left Cross Right Cross".
