Christopher Galvez was born in Lafayette Louisiana. He has been married to his high school sweetheart since 2000. Together they have one son and several animals. Chris obtained a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and a master’s degree in education with a specialization in adult education. Chris is a full-time police officer who holds the rank of assistant chief of police. Throughout Chris’s law enforcement career, he has been so lucky as to have been a part of S.W.A.T as a sniper, bicycle patrol field training, investigations, drug interdiction, traffic and patrol. Chris has studied kinesics, body language and statement analysis. Chris is also an instructor for Louisiana State University where he travels the country teaching instructor development. Chris uses his unique professional experiences as a law enforcement professional to bring elements of reality to his writing.
