Following a skiing accident, I left a florishing medical practice and began writing. My joy is to create compelling and richly developed characters and storylines that spring from my imagination while traveling the world. While in Buenos Aires I learned of The Dirty War and the Mothers of the Plaza de Mayo, and this novel, The Confessional, sprung to life.
