David Medansky is known as The Overweight Person’s Best Friend because as somebody who was fat and told by his doctor he had a 95% chance for a fatal heart attack he learned how to reduce weight without going on a diet or exercising. Now he feels great, has more energy, and improved his overall health. The problem today is there are too many FAD (Fat and Desperate) diets being promoted.
David learned so much on his weight loss journey that he felt it needed to be shared with others. The key to his success is using his 9 must have fundamental principles for healthy eating habits.
Let’s face it, FAD diets tend to be Temporary, Extreme, Hard to Stick With, And Potentially Harmful. If you failed to lose weight on a diet, it’s not your fault. The diet is to blame. David wrote Break the Chain of Dieting so you, or someone you know, won’t ever have to go on another diet again.
Being a lawyer, David spent his career seeing both sides of the fence. Honest people and dishonest people. And when it comes to the food and weight loss industries, sadly there are more dishonest people than there are those telling the truth. That’s what makes losing weight so difficult.
Being a former lawyer who divorced his own excess weight, he is the lawyer fighting for justice for those that are overweight!
