Diane Mullen, the author of 43 Year Old Female and the creator of The Mullen Method, has interspersed her life-is-short adventures with a career in healing others. She has a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology with a minor in Psychology from Purdue University. Helping others while pursuing her own dreams and overcoming her own health obstacles has been a challenge and a priority. She has a keen interest in the brain, decision-making, habits, and how habits assist or inhibit us from reaching our goals. She has a passion for helping people actively pursue their bucket list, fortify their body and mind specifically when entering their 40s, and using habits to accomplish all three. Diane’s methods can be applied to anyone, but she has a mission to help women in their 40s tackle age-specific challenges, while providing a solid foundation for the years to come. She is also developing small-group retreats in California, specifically for women in their 40s who are unmarried and kid-free. Diane lives in Carlsbad, CA and makes it a priority to walk to the beach every day for what she calls wave-sound therapy.
