F.Marion Redd served several years as treasurer of the Charlotte,NC Chapter of the American Harp Society and was an original southeastern director for the International Society of Folk Harpers and Craftsmen. He holds an AB degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in History and Radio,Television and Motion Pictures, and an MA in Cinema Studies from San Francisco State University, and an MA in Philosophy,Cosmology and Consciousness from the California Institute of Integral Studies.
He resides in Hillsborough,NC and still plays a variety of Harps.
