Freeman Jayce has spent the better part of his life telling stories, many of which made it to paper. He is a former reporter, editor and entertainment columnist for the Daily Southtown newspaper in Chicago, having penned hundreds of articles under his real name, Jason Michael Freeman.

Jayce also plays multiple instruments and loves listening to music of all kinds, usually at volumes severe enough to warrant a visit from the police.
