Isabel Hill is a children's book author, architectural historian, photographer, and award-winning documentary filmmaker. Passionate about teaching children to observe and appreciate the built environment, she has written four children's books: COUNTING COLORFUL SHAPES, URBAN ANIMALS, BUILDING STORIES, and URBAN ANIMALS OF WASHINGTON D.C., all published by Star Bright Books. Isabel lives and works in Brooklyn, New York.
