J.D. Grolic finds writing to be a magical process — how stories often seem to write themselves — starting off with one idea that evolves into something quite different. He enjoys tales of whimsy and the unexpected and hopes his readers will come away from his stories feeling they’ve experienced something unique. 

When he’s not writing, J.D. works full-time as a visual artist and has been drawing and writing for as long as he can remember. He lives near Toronto, Canada, with his partner, two children, and an assortment of animals.
