Jack Boyd is a happily retired and still working septuagenarian. He is the retired Director of Quality Assurance for the Defense Contract Management Agency in Garden City NY who now works part time consulting and tutoring. He has an MBA from Dowling College and along with 2 years as a cadet at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy as an engineering major he holds a B.S. degree from St. Joseph’s University in NY. His Graduate Record Exam qualified him for MENSA. He has 2 daughters and 2 grandchildren, and he divides his time between residences in Babylon Village and Southold on Long Island. He likes to describe himself as a generalist who is capable of critical thinking. Most of his friends and associates would agree with this assessment.
