Jan Sayer has worked with some incredibly exciting people who are far too celebrated to be named in her humble biography. She studied English and Drama at the legendary Bretton Hall, an experience which changed her life forever. After a few years managing bookshops, she changed direction, learned a lot of new skills and embarked on tours across Europe as both a company stage manager and a lighting designer.
For a decade, she worked as a stage manager at the Sydney Opera House, served as a producer for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games, and most recently held the position of an executive assistant at the University of Sydney.
She has written two crime novels, Exposure, set in Nova Scotia, and We can’t all die like Buddy Holly, the first in a series of crime thrillers.
She writes the CyberCat Series under the pen name, Jessika Jenvieve.
Today she lives on the island of Texel in the Netherlands. She loves cats, sports cars and the ocean, and hopes to earn enough to feed her designer clothes habit.
