Jane Tesh, a retired media specialist, is the author of two mystery series, the Grace Street Mystery Series, featuring PI David Randall, his psychic friend, Camden, and an ever-changing assortment of characters who move in and out of Cam's boarding house at 302 Grace Street, and the Madeline Maclin Mysteries, featuring ex-beauty queen turned private eye, Madeline "Mac" Maclin and her husband, reformed con man Jerry Fairweather. Both series are set in fictional North Carolina towns. She has also published five fantasy novels. When she isn't writing, Jane enjoys playing the piano and conducting the orchestra for productions at the Andy Griffith Playhouse.
