JILLIAN E. THOMPSON is an author born in Colorado, United States of America. She grew up in the Denver Metro Area of Colorado and was immersed in reading and writing from a young age, attended school and started her career in education in Colorado. Credited with authoring or self-publishing over 40+ poems and young adult titles as part of her collection. As of 2019, her poetry has been published and sold as part of poetry.com books under her maiden name JILLIAN E. LOVE as well as the beginning of her Lullaby Series through Amazon. Jillian is married to Cliff Thompson. She has two sons, two dogs, two cats, two bearded dragons, and a Russian tortoise. Her travels across the United States have brought her to over 50+ towns in over 9 states. She continues to live in the sunny and temperamental climatic state of Colorado. Her passions are self-publishing several series that embrace the idea of coming into adulthood, science-fiction, post-apocalyptic worlds, short stories, and more. Jillian received her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education degree from the University of Phoenix and her Master's of Education degree in Special Education from Grand Canyon University. Jillian is a special education teacher and has worked in a variety of positions in which she worked with at-risk youths in the literary elements, such as reading and writing, to expand their lexicon and abilities within the English language. She continues to work daily with students in the hope of brightening the future with adults who care about the environment and literature and are empathetic to those around them.
