John Horak’s second novel, What A Fool Believes, depicts the effects of the infamous international terrorism incident of August 18, 2018 within a small Wisconsin community. Like his debut novel, “Midnight Concessions”, this story is told via memories associated with special songs holding great significance in our lives. John drew upon his lifelong experience of small town Wisconsin community life to bring this story to life.
