Jonathan Fiero discovered his love for writing through documenting his travels with journaling. An avid photographer since a young age, he found that imagery alone never could tell the full story. Greatly influenced by the travels and adventures of John Muir, the stories of mysticism by Paulo Coelho and the absurdist existentialism of Albert Camus, his writing style captures the ordinary with allegorical flair. With a desire to always explore new places and experience new cultures Jonathan uses these elements to find influence and inspiration that is infused into his writing. He has been published in Thomas Brath’s A Picture is Worth 1000 Words, a Photography book incorporating collaborative fictional narratives from authors around the world.
