Kelsey is a new fantasy author with one middle grade children's book, The Portal House, in publication. It will become a three part series but she is also working on an adult fantasy series that combines sassy detectives with a world of magic, that is sure to appeal to many readers looking for real, relatable characters but in a magical way.
Kelsey has a Bachelors in Biochemistry and a Masters in DNA and Serology so she loves to turn science on its head in a fantasy setting. She lives with her husband and two cats.
