I'm from a small North Texas town and now find myself half a world away in Sydney, Australia. My story is of a journey that began with a tragic accident outside Augusta, Georgia, which set me on a path to discover a set of tools and principles that have guided my success as a husband, father, TV producer, entrepreneur, and consultant.  Now I'm on a mission to share my successes, failures, and learnings as a way to pay it forward.  That's why the book 10 Leading Tools exists. This project became a passion and is now my purpose.  If I can impact one life to think differently about their ability to be a leader, then I have done my job. KG
