Authored formal papers in the field, articles and lectures on real estate over a 40 year career in real estate.

Began creative writing with poetry and story telling.  Started Bad Eyes ten years ago with unending interrptions.  Started a novel with 100,000 words but needed to edit and fill in character development. before submitting for professional editing. for content and format.  With the lock down virus completed my novel The Fifth Day Lady available on Amazon.  

Love boating, fishing, scuba, and snorkel and reef exploration and marvel at so much diversity and so much more to learn with a great enjoyment about giving personality to certain fish that do indeed have personalities.  

All these years I have needed to write formally at nearly the legal brief level while relearning to write in the active voice in short distinct and decriptive sentences per my favorite poets, Carl Sandurg and Robert Frost.
