I started the story about six years ago where I portrayed myself is this young boy name Dustin and my father his name was Gilbert but his whole life he went by the name Buck so in the story I portrayed him as his old mangy dog named Buck my father passed February of this year so he was able to enjoy a rough draft of the story but after he died I decided to take it to another level and had it edited and published I’ve actually been looking at audio as well. Honestly I did not do this to get rich or make a bunch of money but it was more honor to my mother and to my father anyhow this boy finds his dog he best friends him and builds his trust this dog protects this boy from this bully at school which in turn he feel sorry for the bully and decide to befriend him during this friendship that they shared we find out the boy is abused physically by his father due to alcoholism apparently caused by his wife’s death a few years ago this young boy Dustin finds the strength end guidance through trusted friends prayer God and faith to bring this family back as one in the end he sacrifices what he loves and most for the needs of others it’s a great story that deals with friendship trust bullying prayer and love within the family. The story is also written from the eyes of a 12-year-old boy and it’s not a long story but my idea was to keep young kids captivated within the story and always wanting to know what’s next.
